
ANNUAL OKTOBERFEST
at the GASC

Business Vendor Contract
The Oktoberfest will take place on the grounds of and inside the clubhouse of German American Social Club (GASC), 11919 SW 56th Street, Miami, FL 33175.
Each vendor will be responsible for their own booth space and is allowed to supply their own tent (up to 10x10 ft) and/or table (up to 8 ft) and/or chairs. Space is limited and will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. There are no refunds.
Participation and rental fee is: $150
Each vendor will be responsible for disposing of his or her own trash. There are trash bins around the GASC.
This form also serves as a release of liability to GIPA and German-American Social Club of Greater Miami, Inc. (“GASC”) for any personal injury, property loss or damage of all kinds whatever. Accordingly, Vendor hereby releases GIPA and GASC, as well as each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, insurers and assigns, of and from all claims, causes, actions, choses in action and the like with respect to, arising out of, and/or in any way related to this contract and/or the circumstances, events, actions, inactions and all other conduct occurring or not occurring at the Oktoberfest event that is the subject of this contract. GIPA reserves the right to disallow any objectionable goods for sale and to strictly enforce all regulations.
I/WE AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL RULES, REGULATIONS AND REASONABLE REQUESTS AS ARE ESTABLISHED BY GIPA AND/OR GASC.
