BUSINESS VENDOR CONTRACT
The Oktoberfest will take place on the grounds of and inside the clubhouse of German American Social Club (GASC), 11919 SW 56th Street, Miami, FL 33175.
Each vendor is responsible for their own booth space. All outside vendors must supply their own tent (up to 10 x 10 ft) and may bring their own table (up to 8 ft). GIPA does not provide tents, tables, or chairs.
Vendor Setup: Vendor setup begins at 9:00am on Saturday, October 3, 2026. All booths must be fully set up and ready by 12:00pm. Takedown begins at 7:00pm, after Oktoberfest has ended.
Booth Decorations & Cleanup: Any decorations, signage, displays, or other materials that are part of the vendor's booth must be completely removed at the end of the event. Confetti and balloons are not permitted.
Each vendor is responsible for leaving their booth area clean and free of trash, boxes, decorations, merchandise, and other materials. Any vendor who leaves trash, decorations, or other items requiring additional cleanup will be charged a $200 cleanup fee.
Space is limited and spots will be assigned by GIPA on a first come first serve basis. There are no refunds.
Rain or Shine
The Oktoberfest will take place rain or shine. The event will not be cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled due to weather conditions. No refunds will be issued for weather-related non-attendance.
Participation fee: $150 per booth
Outside booth — $150 (vendor supplies own tent, up to 10 x 10 ft)
Inside space — $150
GIPA does not provide tents, tables, or chairs. All outside vendors must supply their own tents.

In return, GIPA may feature participating vendors on GIPA's social media channels as part of our Oktoberfest event promotion.
This form also serves as a release of liability to GIPA and German-American Social Club of Greater Miami, Inc. (“GASC”) for any personal injury, property loss or damage of all kinds whatever. Accordingly, Vendor hereby releases GIPA and GASC, as well as each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, insurers and assigns, of and from all claims, causes, actions, choses in action and the like with respect to, arising out of, and/or in any way related to this contract and/or the circumstances, events, actions, inactions and all other conduct occurring or not occurring at the Oktoberfest event that is the subject of this contract. GIPA reserves the right to disallow any objectionable goods for sale and to strictly enforce all regulations.
