Supporting German Language, Culture, and Community Since 1986
The German International Parent Association (GIPA) is a volunteer-led nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting German language education in Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Since 1986, our members and volunteers have worked together to strengthen the German programs at Sunset Elementary, G.W. Carver Middle School, and Coral Reef Senior High School.
GIPA helps sustain the German language programs by funding German teacher salaries and providing classroom resources that enrich students' educational experience. GIPA brings together students, families, alumni, teachers, and supporters who share a commitment to German language and culture.
